摘要 研究了稀土超磁致伸缩材料 (Tb0 .2 7Dy0 .73) Fe1 .9(商品名称为 Tfernol- D)用于高精度非圆截面加工的微进给机构的设计方法及控制系统设计 ,控制系统传递函数和动态响应特性 ;研究了采用计算机进行等速率双拍样校正的控制方法 ,并利用计算机闭环控制系统进行了发动机活塞非圆内孔镗削的跟踪模拟实验。 The design and implementation of the actuator and its digital controller for milling workpieces with non circular cross section is presented. The actuator mechanism design, transfer function and dynamic response characteristics were also discussed. Both the theory and method of dead beat correction and multiple beat same velocity correction with the aid of computer were investigated. The computer aided closed loop correction system was used in the experiments of imitation tracking the displacement signal of a milling machine spindle. Using the multiple beat same velocity correction, which is put forward by us, the magnitude of the power pulse is decreased from 12.55 times of the stable magnitude(dead beat correction) to 7.22 times.
