摘要
以Ti(SO4)2,NiSO4.6H2O,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等为原料,采用水热合成法制备氮和镍掺杂的纳米TiO2复合粉体,通过XRD对其进行了表征,并以10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液为底物,测定了其太阳光催化性能。结果表明,氮和镍掺杂能提高纳米TiO2的光催化性能,当氮和镍掺杂摩尔分数均为2.0%,焙烧温度为600℃,甲基橙溶液的pH值为5时,光催化性能最高,甲基橙溶液太阳光照射5 h后降解率达到98.1%。
N and Ni co -doped TiO2 nanopowder was prepared in different proportions by hydrothermal method with TiSO4, NiSO4 · 6H2O and N,N- dimethyl formamide (DMF) as raw materials. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD. The photocatalytic degradation of 10 mg/L methyl orange solution using N and Ni co -doped TiO2 nanopowder as catalyst under sunshine was investigated. The results show that N - Ni codoped TiO2 nanopowder has much higher catalytic activity than pure TiO2. The N -Ni codoped TiO2 nanopowder has the highest photocatalytie activity when the doping fraction of N and Ni is 2%, the calcined temperature is 600 ℃, the pH of methyl orange solution is 5, the degradation rate reached 98.1% under sun- shine for 5 hours.
