摘要
针对近年来非晶合金连接的研究现状,分别阐述了属于不同连接机理并成功实现同质、异质非晶合金以及块体非晶合金与晶态金属或合金连接方法。分析了基于以上成功连接方法的特点及局限,得到实现非晶连接并避免晶化的关键在于保持块体非晶合金热稳定性的范围内,充分利用其本身的超塑性和粘滞性实现连接,这也是今后实现非晶合金成功连接的基本原则和发展方向。
The development of the joining of amorphous alloys in recent years was summarized.Due to the different joining mechanisms,several successful joining methods were achieved between homogeneity,heterogeneity in the amorphous alloys or bulk amorphous alloys and crystalline metals or alloys.Analysis on the characteristics and limitations of the methods based on the above successful connections were discussed. The key of joining method in amorphous alloys to avoid crystallization on the interface is to maintain the thermal stability of bulk amorphous. In the range of thermal stability of amorphous alloys,the full use of their superplasticity and viscousness will be the fundamental and development direction of amorphous alloys joining.
