心电图诊断急性回旋支心肌梗死的临床价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析急性回旋支心肌梗死的临床心电图特征,探讨其在急性回旋支心肌梗死中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2008年8月—2011年8月58例急性回旋支心肌梗死患者的心电图资料,并进行总结。结果回旋支100%闭塞的患者35例,回旋支次全闭塞的患者23例;回旋支心肌梗死患者58例。结论急性心肌梗死时心电图ST段无明显抬高,对判定急性心肌梗死相关血管(IRA)为回旋支有重要的参考价值,对急性心肌梗死最主要的是能准确及时采取理想的治疗方法,达到再灌注及减少梗死面积,减少患者病死率,改善预后。 Objective Analysis of acute myocardial infarction in the circumflex branch of clinical ECG characteristic,discuss the circumflex in acute myocardial infarction diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008 August to 2011 August,58 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients with circumflex branch of ECG data,and carries on the summary.Results Circumflex 100% occlusion in 35 cases,subtotal occlusion of the circumflex artery in 23 cases,58 cases of left circumflex artery in patients with myocardial infarction.Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction no significant ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction,to determine the infarct-related artery(IRA) for the circumflex has important value for forecasting,acute myocardial infarction most is accurate and timely take the ideal treatment method,achieve reperfusion and reduce infarct area,reduce the mortality of patients,improve the prognosis.
