摘要
贵州农村贫困问题突出,并与生态环境问题、民族地区发展问题相互交织。实施生态移民既是消除贫困的重要途径,又是保护和恢复生态环境的内在要求。文章在总结回顾过去10年来贵州生态移民成效、问题的基础上,从加强组织领导、加大资金投入、合理选择安置模式、促进移民稳定就业、完善相关配套政策等方面,提出了进一步实施好生态移民工程的对策措施。
Guizhou rural poverty problem is prominent,and which is intertwined with the problems of ecological environment and the minority areas development.Implementing ecological migration is an important way to eliminate poverty,and the internal requirements of the protection and restoration of ecological environment.Based on the review of the results and problems of ecological migration in the past 10 years in Guizhou,this paper put forward some suggestions for further implementing ecological migration engineering,such as strengthening the organization and leadership,increasing capital investment,choosing the reasonable resettlement mode,promoting migrants stable employment,and perfecting relevant supporting policies,etc.
