微创内固定系统在胫骨近端骨折中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Less Invasive Stabilizing System in Proximal Tibia Fracture

摘要 目的用微创固定系统(LISS)治疗胫骨近端骨折,评价临床疗效。方法采用LISS系统治疗24例胫骨近端骨折患者,骨折类型按AO/ASIF分类,手术按照LISS操作程序进行,术后定期复查X线片。结果单侧胫骨近端骨折行LISS内固定的手术时间平均67.3min。平均随访时间为16个月,X线愈合时间平均15.3周,完全负重时间平均16.5周。术后8周时,19例(79.2%)患者膝关节屈曲度≥120°。全组无感染、骨折延迟愈合、断钉、断钢板等并发症。术后Rasmussen评分和HSS评分平均为16.5分和87.3分,其中优16例、良5例、中3例,优良率87.5%。结论LISS为胫骨近端骨折提供了一种新的治疗方法,特别是对常规方法难以处理的骨折。
