摘要
探讨职业倦怠与生活质量的关系,以及社会支持的中介效应。通过整群随机抽样,采用Maslach职业倦怠调查量表、世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表中文版和社会支持评定量表对141名贵州省特殊教育教师进行调查。结果发现,特殊教育教师职业倦怠和生活质量处于一般水平;社会支持与生活质量、职业倦怠存在显著相关,生活质量与职业倦怠是负相关;在情感耗竭、成就感降低与生活质量之间,社会支持是部分中介;在人格解体与生活质量之间,社会支持是完全中介。研究表明,情感耗竭、成就感降低和社会支持是特殊教育教师生活质量的重要预测变量,职业倦怠和生活质量之间,社会支持起部分中介作用。
This study aims to explore the relationship between burnout and the quality of life, as well as the mediating effect of social support, by using cluster random sampling, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) - BREF, and the Social Support Rating Scale to survey 141 special education teachers in Guizhou Province. The results show the following: the special education teachers show a general level of burnout and quality of life; social support shows a significant correlation with their quality of life and burnout, and there is a negative correlation between their quality of life and bumout; social support plays a partially intermediary role in the relationship between their emotional exhaustion, reduced personal accomplishments and quality of life, as well as a completely intermediary role in the relationship between their depersonalization and quality of life. The article concludes that emotional exhaustion, reduced personal accom- plishments and social support are significant predictive variables for the special education teachers' quality of life, and that social support plays a partially intermediary role in the relationship between their burnout and quality of life.
