摘要
目的探讨宜昌市土家族地区子宫颈癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中7种元素的含量,为进一步研究提供依据。方法利用原子吸收光谱法对30例宜昌市土家族地区子宫颈癌患者(病例组)的癌组织和癌旁组织、正常子宫颈组织以及18例其他地区子宫颈癌患者(对照1组)及10例子宫颈良性疾病患者(对照2组)正常子宫颈组织中的镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)进行含量分析。结果病例组中癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se含量的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),Cr、Mn含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组、对照1组和对照2组正常子宫颈组织中Cr、Mn含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se含量的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病例组和对照1组比较,Cd、Se含量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而Pb、Cu、Zn差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组和对照2组比较,Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照1组和对照2组比较,Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Se差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宜昌市土家族地区子宫颈癌患者Cd、Pu、Cu含量升高,Zn、Se含量降低。
Objective To investigate the concentration of seven kinds of elements in tissues of cervical cancer in the patients from Tujia region in Yichang city in China.Methods Atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) was employed to detect the concentration of seven elements(cadmium,Cd;lead,Pb;chromium,Cr;manganese,Mn;copper,Cu;zinc,Zn;selenium,Se) in cancer(or benign),adjacent and normal tissues of the test group(patients with cervical cancer from the Tujia region in Yichang city,n=30),the control group 1(patients with cervical carcinoma from other regions,n=18),and the control group 2(patients with benign cervical disease,n=10).Results In the test group,the contents of Cd,Pb,Cu,Zn,and Se between carcinoma,pericarcinoma and healthy cervical tissues were significantly different(P0.01),but the concentrations of Cr and Mn were not(P0.05).Comparison of 7 elements contents in normal cervical tissues among the three groups indicated that:(1)No significant difference in contents of Cr and Mn was found between the three groups(P0.05),while significant differences were noted for Cd,Pb,Cu,Zn,and Se between three groups(P0.01);(2)Significant differences were found in Cd and Se contents between the test group and control group 1(P0.01),whereas no significant difference was found in Pb,Cu,and Zn(P0.05);(3)Significant difference existed in Cd,Pb,Cu,Zn,and Se concentrations between the test group and control group 2(P0.01);(4)The contents of Cd,Pb,Cu,Zn,and Se in control group 1 were significantly different from those in control group 2(P0.01).Conclusion Significant differences of the contents of 7 elements are found among the different cervical tissues.
