摘要
对金属蜂窝胶接结构进行传热研究,考虑蜂窝结构热传导和热辐射的耦合作用,建立两种热分析模型,模拟蜂窝结构内部传热机理。通过两种模型计算结果的对比分析,总结出蜂窝结构传热模型建模规则,计算胶接金属蜂窝结构的等效热传导系数。分析表明,当高宽比不大时,蜂窝晶胞壁的辐射是不容忽略的,胶粘层使得蜂窝夹层结构的隔热性能增强。
Heat transfer mechanism of the adhesively bonded honeycomb core panels is discussed in this paper. Two heat analysis models are established to simulate inner heat transfer mechanism in consideration of the coupling of heat radiation and conduction. By comparing two heat transfer models, the rules for heat transfer modeling of honeycomb structure are concluded, and the effective thermal conductivity of this structure is calculated. It can be stated that when the ratio of the height and width is not too much, the radiation heat transfer in the honeycomb cell enclosure can not be ignored. Adhesive layer increase the effect of the heat insulation.
