摘要
上海徐家汇地区已变成人文景观的集中地,对人行桥的景观要求非常高。在漕溪北路下立交通道工程的设计过程中,针对地铁管理部门对上承荷载的特殊要求,因地制宜,采用了具有重量轻、景观好、强度大、养护方便的铝合金桁架桥。借鉴国外已有规范和国内建筑相关经验,对桥梁结构计算参数和重点构造进行了系统论证,作了有益的研究探索和创新设计。在桥梁出厂前对上部结构进行了静荷载试验,桥梁竣工开通前又进行了动力测试。试验结果表明,新建桥梁的强度、刚度、稳定性和自振频率均满足现行人行天桥和地道规范的限值要求。
Shanghai Xujiahui region has become a focus site of human landscape,so it has very high demands for the landscape of pedestrian bridge.During the design process of North Caoxi Rd.underpass passageway project,aiming at the specific requirements for deck load from metro management departments and according to local conditions,aluminum alloy truss bridge is adopted for its light weight,good landscape,high strength and convenient maintenance.Drawing lessons from the foreign existing norms and domestic construction-related experience,the calculated parameters of the bridge structure and key structure are demonstrated systemically with beneficial exploration and innovation design.A static load test is made about the upper structure of the bridge before leaving the factory,and a dynamic testing is finished before the opening of the bridge completion.These results of the tests can show that the new bridge strength,stiffness,stability and natural vibration frequency to meet the requirements of the existing pedestrian bridge and tunnel specification limits.
