摘要
采用土壤稀释法分离采自江苏及广西农化厂周边的6份土样,获得50株放线菌。以大丽花轮枝孢、尖镰孢萎蔫专化型和尖镰孢西瓜专化型为靶标菌,通过皿内试验及盆栽试验筛选出5株具有较强拮抗活性的放线菌。菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制试验表明,菌株JSGF4、JSGF10和GXCK1对靶标菌有较强拮抗作用;盆栽试验表明,5株放线菌对茄子黄萎病有良好防治效果,其中菌株JSGF10对茄子黄萎病的防效高达90.0%;对防效较高的4株放线菌进行形态特征、培养特征及生理生化特性分析,鉴定菌株JSGF4为龟裂链霉菌(Streptomyces rimosus),菌株JSGF10和GXCK1为白色链霉菌(Streptomyces albus),GXDM6为灰色链霉菌(Streptomyces griseus)。
50 actinomycete strains were isolated from 6 soil samples which collected from chemical companies surroundings in Guangxi and Jiangsu through soil dilution method.Using Verticillium dahliae Kleb,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum as target pathogens,5 antagonistic actionmycete strains were screened in vitro and in pot.The results showed that the strains JSGF4,JSGF10 and GXCK1 have obvious antagonistic effects on both mycelium growth and conidia germination of 3 target pathogens.In pot experiments,the preventing effects of 5 actinomycete strains on V.dahliae were significant,and among them,the preventing effect of the strain JSGF10 was as high as 90.0%.The 4 high activity strains were identified on the morphological,cultural,physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results showed that the strain JSGF4 was identified as Streptomyces rimosus,the strain JSGF10 and GXCK1 were Streptomyces albus,and the strain GXDM6 belonged to Streptomyces griseus.
