摘要
介绍物理仿真分析方法,通过专业的有限元分析仿真软件Advantedge对发动机缸盖导管加工进行仿真分析,并将分析结果运用到生产中,实践证明,该方法在发动机导管加工中能提高刀具寿命、提高生产节拍,取得良好的生产效益。
This paper introduces physical simulation analysis method, through professional finite element analysis soft- ware Advantedge value guide on engine cylinder head machining simulation analysis, and apply the analysis results to production, practice has proved, this method in engine value guide processing can increase tool life, improve the production cycle time, has a good production etficiency.
