针对铁水包耳轴特点,采用Solidworks软件建立三维实体模型,借助Solidworks软件cosMosxpress模块进行静力数值模拟,通过不同设计方式和不同材质耳轴的比较分析,确定出耳轴最佳改造设计方案。
According to the characteristics of the hot metal ladle trunion, establish the three-dimensional model by Solidworks software and the static numerical simulation by COSMOSXpress module, and carry out the comparative analysis on the different design and material to provide the best proposal for the trunion improvement and design.
