摘要
直流输电对绝缘子的防污秽性能提出了较高的要求,导致超、特高压直流棒形支柱瓷绝缘子的制造难度加大。根据超、特高压直流输变电系统对棒形支柱瓷绝缘子的技术要求,介绍了在瓷材料配方中引入工业氧化铝和调整K2O、Na2O的配比,开发出满足直流瓷绝缘子的瓷配方;选用高低参差不齐的深棱伞型,以提高防污性能,解决了生产过程中大直径毛坯的压制、成型、装烧等关键工艺问题;选用高强度水泥进行胶装,更好发挥瓷材料的强度;研究了直流瓷绝缘子污秽试验、特殊的电气试验。研究结果表明:国内超、特高压直流棒形支柱瓷绝缘子制造技术处于国际领先水平,基本可以满足超、特高压直流工程的技术要求。
DC transmission demands higher anti-pollution performance of insulator, which leads more difficulty to produce EHV, UHV DC rod post porcelain insulators. According to the technology requirements that EHV, UHV DC transmission system needs for the rod post porcelain insulators, porcelain material composition, which meets DC rod post porcelain insulators, is developed by adding AlzO3 into porcelain material composition and adjusting the proportion between K20 and Na20. Application of irregular sheds can improve pollution characteristics; and the key process problems, such as pressing, shaping and firing, are solved. The application of high strength cement for binding can better play porcelain strength of material. The pollution tests and specific electrical tests of DC porcelain insulators are researched. The results show that domestic technology of producing EHV, UHV DC Rod Post Porcelain Insulator is in international leading level, and can meet the technology requirements of EHV, UHV DC projects basically.
