摘要
采用线弹性和弹塑性有限元方法,对环肋圆柱壳壳板局部凹陷后的强度和稳定性及其加强方案进行研究。结果表明:采用扁钢局部加强可有效降低壳板表面纵向应力和肋骨应力;增大环向加强筋尺寸比增大纵向加强筋尺寸对降低应力值效果更明显,且加强筋端部采用外伸削斜方式效果最好;壳板局部凹陷会改变舱段结构的弹性屈曲模态,使舱段的稳定性略有降低,但对肋间壳板失稳压力影响较小;采用加强筋加强后,可使舱段的稳定性略有提高。
An analytical study is made on the strength,stability and strengthening solution of the ring-stiffened cylindrical shell which is changed in local area by employing linear-elastic and elastic-plastic finite element method.The result shows that the model’s surface longitudinal stress and brief stress decrease effectively if it is strengthened with flat steel in the local damaged area.It is much more useful to increase the cylindrical strengthened tendon than that of the longitudinal strengthened tendon.And it is better to obtain the outboard sideling cut mode.The local indentation will change the cabin’s elastic buckling mode which will reduce its stability slightly.However,it has little influence on the symbol pressure under which the cabin between ribs damaged.The stability effectively improves after it is strengthened with flat steel.
