耐热黄变阴极电泳涂料的制备及性能 被引量:3

摘要 合成了一种带有噁唑烷酮结构的全封闭多异氰酸酯,作为电泳涂料的交联剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)表征了该交联剂的结构与性能。所制备的阴极电泳涂料具有良好的耐热黄变性能,且涂膜外观良好,各项性能指标优异。 An all- blocked isocyanate with oxazolidone groups was prepared, which was used as crosslinker for eleetrodepnsition eoalings. The struelures and properties of the curing agent were characterized by fourier transfer infrared(FT-IR) and thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA). The epoxy ca- thodic electrodeposition coatings based on this curing agent presented a good heat - yellowing resistance, better appearance and excellent performance.
