摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MAM)、功能性单体YG为原料,通过半连续乳液聚合法制备出一种水性丙烯酸亚光树脂,分别考察了YG、交联单体N-MAM以及单体AA的用量对树脂亚光效果、透明度和耐水性的影响,结果表明:随着YG用量的增加,亚光度和耐水性不断提高,透明度下降;随着交联单体N-MAM用量的增加,亚光度不断下降,亚光树脂的透明度和耐水性有较大程度的提高;随着AA用量增加,亚光度下降,透明度提高,耐水性下降;同时对亚光树脂进行DSC热分析和SEM电镜扫描,表明树脂中存在结晶是树脂出现亚光效果的主要因素,所得亚光树脂乳液在木器涂料领域有广阔的应用前景。
A waterborne matt acrylic resin was synthesized by semi -continuous emulsion polymerization based on methyl methacrylate(MMA), Butyl acrylate(BA), Acrylic acid(AA), N -methylol acrylamide ( N - MAM) and functional monomer(YG). Effect of the amount of YG, crosslinking monomer N - MAM and AA on matt degree,transparency and water resistance of resin were respectively discussed. The results showed that the matt degree and water resistance were improved and transparency was decreased with the in- crease of YG; and the matt degree was decreased with the increase of N - MAM, but the transparency and water resistance were increased accordingly to a greater extent. The matt degree and water resistance were decreased with the increase of AA, but the transparency was increased. DSC thermal analysis and SEM scanning showed that the presence of crystallization in the resin was the main reason to the result of the matt of the resin, and the mattle resin emulsion has a wide application prospects in wood coatings.
