摘要
在pH 1.8的BR缓冲体系中,龙胆紫与三磷酸腺苷二钠作用,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变。其最大褪色波长位于594 nm处,在该波长处,三磷酸腺苷二钠的质量浓度与溶液的褪色呈良好的线性关系,可用于三磷酸腺苷二钠的定量测定。在波长594 nm处,三磷酸腺苷二钠的浓度在0.5~10.0μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律,相关系数为R=0.9990,摩尔吸光系数为7.4×104L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限为:0.068μg/mL。该方法可用于片剂和血清中三磷酸腺苷二钠的测定。
At pH 1.8 BR buffer medium, Gentian Violet (GV) reacts with adenosine disodium triphosphate (ATP) to form an ion-association complex. The maximum fading wavelength is at 594 nm. The fading intensity proportional to the concentration of adenosine disodium triphosphate. The concentration of adenosine disodium triphosphate in the range of 0. 5 - 10. 0 μg/mL obeys Beer' s Law. The correlation coefficient was R =0. 9990, the molar absorptivity was 7.4 × 104 L · mol^-1· cm^-1. and the detection limit was 0. 068 μg/mL. The method has high sensitivity and low detection limit, and has been applied to the determination of adenosine disodium triphosphate in samples with satisfactory results.
