异径聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜制备及其性能研究

摘要 为增强膜材料的抗污染性能,通过对干湿相转化法制膜过程中铸膜液及芯液挤出频率及强度的调节,研制出内径呈规则性波动的异径聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维微孔膜。系统研究了异径膜的波动周期、内径比对膜强度、通量及其耐污染性的影响规律。结果表明,随着波动周期的减小、内径比的增加,膜丝的始泡点略有减小,通量显著提高.波动周期为5.0cm时,膜的内径比从1.0增加到1.4时,纯水通量由180.1L/(m2.h)增至260.0L/(m2.h);在卵清蛋白溶液中通量的衰减比由39.1%降至27.5%.内径比为1.3时,膜丝从无波动至波动周期减小到4.0cm时,纯水通量由180.1L/(m2.h)提高至234.1L/(m2.h);在卵清蛋白溶液中通量衰减比由39.1%降至32.7%. For the purpose of enhancing anti-pollution performance of UF membrane, we control the extration frequency and intensity of casting solution and core liquid to prepare the wavy polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) hollow fiber membrane with regular waves and different diameter during the process of preparation with dry-wet phase inversion method. Thus, we systematically investigate the discipline of membrane's intensity, flux, and antipollution properties under different period of waves and different diameter ratio. The results show: With the decrease in period of waves and the increase in diameter ratio, mechanical properties and the bubble point pressure of the membrane decrease slightly, pure water flux increases significantly. When wave period is 5.0 cm,the diameter ratio increases from 1.0 to 1.4,the pure water flux increases significantly with increase in the diameter ratio, raising from 180. 1 L/(m2 · h) to 234. 1 L/(m2· h), while attenuation ratio of membrane flux in the protein solution decreases from 39.1%to 27. 5%. When diameter ratio is 1.3,the period of waves from no fluctuation to 4. 0 cm,the pure water flux increases from 180. 1 L/(m2 · h) to 260. 0 L/(m2 · h) while attenuation ratio of membrane flux in the protein solution decreases from 39. 1% to 32.7%.
