摘要
根据电化学去毛刺机床的控制要求,引入可编程控制器(PLC)和触摸屏技术,进行了该机床控制系统的设计。包括PLC硬件设计、PLC程序设计、硬件通讯设计、强电回路设计、电解电源控制设计、短路检测设计和页面的组态设计。采用了PLC与触摸屏技术后,控制系统界面友好、工作平稳、操作方便,监控功能变得更为直观。
In order to meet the control needs of electrochemical deburring machine tool, programmable logical controller(PLC) and touch screen technology were introduced into the design of control system for the machine tool. This design consists of those following parts, PLC hardware, PLC program, hard-ware communication, main loop, control for electrolytic power supply, short circuit detection and page configuration. Using PLC and touch screen in this system, interface is friendly, stablility is improved, operation is convenient and monitoring function is more intuitive.
