摘要
通过考察吉林省内的10个具有代表意义的主要水系,分析吉林省内的河流水系水文特征,寻找吉林省水系结构的相似规律,并从河流发育的地质地貌背景以及气候水文等方面对一些现象进行解释。根据分析总结出的河流水文特性,对如何进行吉林河流水资源的综合开发,提出一些合理有效的资源开发建设意见。
Hydrological characteristics and comprehensive development of Jilin hydraulic engineering are studied by re- searching 10 representive water system. The similar rules, geological-geomorphological setting and climate-hydrological of Jilin are explained, and hydrological characteristics are concluded. Based on the concluded hydrological characteristics, water resources development and contribution suggestions are persented.
