摘要 目的:建立检测人参芦头中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的LC/MS/MS方法。方法:应用液质联用、C18色谱柱系统,采用梯度洗脱方法,建立人参芦头中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量测定方法并进行方法学考察。结果:建立了同时检测人参芦头中人参皂苷Rg1和Re的含量测定方法。结论:该方法准确、简便、快速,可用于人参芦头的质量控制。 Objective: To develop a method to determine the contents of ginsengnoside Rg~ and Re in the rhizoma of Panax ginseng by using HPLC/MS/MS. Methods: We use the system including HPLC/MS/MS, C18 HPLC column and a gradient elution program to develop a HPLC/MS/MS method. Results: We develop HPLC/MS/MS of simultaneous quantitation of ginsengnoside RgI and Re in the rhizoma of Panax ginseng. Conclusion : the accurate, convenient and rapid method has been applied for quality control of the rhizoma of Panax ginseng.
