摘要
最优矿山生产规模的确定依赖于目标准则的选择,通常以经济准则为多,以目前国内外常用的净现值最大、内部投资收益率最大、现值比最大、资金增值率最大4种评价准则为基础,从构建4个最优生产规模数学模型出发,分析了矿山基建期、贴现率等参数变化的极限情形,以及各种准则之间的内在联系,并比较了各种准则的优缺点和适用性,指出决策应认真分析投资环境,各取所长。
The determination of optimal production scale of mining project depends on the choice of objective criteria,and economic criterion is more likely to be used.Based on the economic criteria commonly used at home and abroad,such as the net present value(NPV) maximum,internal investment rate of return(IRR) maximum,the present value rate(PVR) maximum and capital appreciation rate(CAR) maximum,four mathematical models for optimal production scale of mining project were built,and the limiting case about such parameters as mine infrastructure period,discount rate and so on and the internal relationships of the various criteria were analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of various criteria as well as their applicability were compared.It was pointed that decision makers should seriously analyze the investment environment,using advantages of various schemes.
