摘要 为了将金川矿山的矿坑废水开发成为矿山胶结充填生产用水,分析了金川各个矿山矿坑废水的化学成分,进行了矿坑废水对32.5级水泥和对充填体质量的影响程度对比试验研究,得出了金川不同矿山矿坑废水对32.5级水泥强度有负面影响,但对充填体早期强度有正面影响、对充填体中后期强度既有正面也有负面影响的结论。结果表明,金川矿山的矿坑废水经过沉淀处理后,可以作为金川矿山胶结充填的生产用水。 In order to use mine waste water for cemented filling,the chemical components of the mine waste water from each mine of Jinchuan Group were analyzed,and contrast experiment and research of the influences of the mine waste water on 32.5 grade cement and filling quality were carried out.It is concluded that the mine waste water from each mine of Jinchuan Group has some negative effects to the strength of 32.5 grade cement,but for filling body,the mine waste water has a positive effect to the strength at early stage and has both positive and negative effects during the late-mid stage.The results showed that after precipitation processing,the mine waste water from each mine of Jinchuan Group can be used as the process water of cemented filling.
