摘要
目的 :观察大承气冲剂对感染性腹膜炎的治疗作用及肠血流的影响。 方法 :采用盲肠末端结扎加穿孔的方法 ,制备腹腔感染家兔模型 ,分别给予大承气冲剂、先锋霉素Ⅵ和生理盐水。采用日本BMS株式会社制造的RBF Ⅰ型电解式血流量计 ,单本电极 ,电解电流为 5 0 μA ,电解时间为 2 0s。观察家兔回肠末端粘膜下血流变化。 结果 :腹膜炎家兔的肠血流量较正常家兔明显降低 ,腹膜炎家兔给予大承气冲剂后 30、6 0、90min肠血流量明显高于给药前 ,亦显著高于腹膜炎组和腹膜炎 +先锋霉素Ⅵ治疗组。与正常对照组家兔肠血流量无显著差异。 结论
Objective:The effect of Dachengqi Chongji was investigated on intestinal blood flow of infectious peritonitis rabitts.Methods:Experimental models of infectious peritonitis in rabbits were prepared with ligation and perforation at the end of the cecum,they were fed with Dachengqi Chongji,Capsulae Cephradini and normal saline solution separately.Submucosal blood flow at the end of the ileum was detected by electrolysic RBF 1 BLOOD FLOW METER made in BMS COMPANY of Japan(single electrode,electric current:50 uA,electrolysis time:20 minutes).Results:The intestinal blood flow decreased obviously in rabbits with peritonitis compared with the normal rabbits.After 30′,60′ and 90′ fed with Dachengqi Chongji,the intestinal blood flow increased clearly in peritonitis rabbits compared with the pre therapy rabbits,peritonitis rabbits fed with no Dachengqi Chongji and peritonitis rabbits fed with capsulae Cephradini,and the no difference between peritonitis rabbits and the normal rabbits was found.Conclusion:Dachengqi Chongji can improve the state of the tissue ischemia in peritonitis.
