134例老年人急性心肌梗死临床特点分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨老年人急性心肌梗死的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析134例老年急性心肌梗死患者临床特点及心电图变化。结果:老年急性心肌梗死病死率高,有典型心肌梗死临床症状的43例,无典型心肌梗死症状91例。其中死亡36例,死于心源性休克12例、恶性心律失常24例。结论:对怀疑急性心肌梗死的老年患者要动态观察分析其心电图变化,同时结合心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白等化验检查,及早确诊,正确治疗,降低死亡率。
