摘要
为指导确定工业园区内集中式污水处理厂曝气池的HRT,利用测定的各企业排放废水的好氧呼吸曲线.根据耗氧速率曲线折点和可充分降解的水量的比例,确定综合废水曝气池的HRT。试验结果表明,某工业园区企业PG1-~PG1—6和YR2—1~YR2—4废水的HRT应分别为:26、22、22、40、30、50、36、16、16、16h,确定综合废水曝气池HRT设计值为36h.与采用该方法测定的工业园区综合污水厂实际的曝气池HRT(32h)接近。该方法简单有效,可合理确定工业园区集中式污水处理厂的曝气池HRT设计值。
In order to provide guidance for the determination of HRT of aeration tank in centralized wastewater treatment plant in industrial park, with the detected aerobic respiration curves of the wastewater discharged from different enterprises as the research object, the HRT of comprehensive wastewater aeration tank was deter- mined based on the fold point of those curves reflecting the oxygen consumption rates and the quantity of the water in which the organic matters could be fully degradated. The results of the test showed that, as the HRT of the wastewater discharged from enterprises: PGI-1 - PG1-6 and YR2-1 - YR2-4 in an industrial park were 26, 22, 22, 40, 30, 50, 36, 16, 16 and 16 h respectively, the designed value of HRT of the comprehensive waste- water aeration tank was determined to be 36 h, which closed to the actual value of the HRT(32 h) of the influent water aeration tank in the comprehensive wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park detected using the said method. The said method was easy and effective, and the designed value of HRT of the aeration tank in centralized wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park determined based on it was reasonable.
