摘要
梅县电厂阴床投产后由于阴床的再生液用量、再生液流量和再生液浓度等参数不够优化,造成阴床周期制水量偏低。采用正交试验方法对1#阴床进行试验,得出阴床再生的最优参数:再生液用量为500 L,再生液流量为5 t/h,再生液质量分数为2.0%。此时,阴床平均周期制水量达到2 128 t。同时得出再生液流量对无顶压逆流再生阴床的再生效果影响最大的结论。
As the parameters of regenerant such as: dosage, flow rate, concentration, and so on were not optimized enough, the periodic water output of the anion exchanger in Meixian Power Plant was low. The property of 1# anion exchanger was studied through orthogonal test, and then, the optimal parameters for the regeneration of the said anion exchanger were determined as follows: the dosage, flow rate and mass fraction of the regenerant were 500 L, 5 t/h, and 2.0% respectively. The test results showed that, under the above condition, the average periodic water output of the anion exchanger reached 2 128 t; besides, the flow rate of the regenerant was also found to have the most notable effect on the regeneration of top-pressure-free eountercurrent anion exchanger.
