摘要 以直线超声电机定/动子接触的微观力学特性为研究对象,首先通过实验测试了定/动子接触表面的粗糙度和统计参数,并基于概率统计方法得到定子接触表面各点高度的概率分布函数,再通过伪随机数模拟的方法给出接触表面的模拟模型;然后利用赫兹微观接触模型,建立定/动子接触的微观力学模型;最后得到定/动子的预压力、接触变形量和实际接触面积之间的关系。研究有助于建立直线超声电机的整体动力学模型和分析其摩擦摩损特性。 The micromechanic features of contact of a linear ultrasonic motor's stator and mover were discussed.The contact surface's roughness and statistical parameters were measured with tests,the probability-distribution function of the height of the stator's surface contact points was obtained based on the probability statistics method,and the simulation model of the contact surface was given with the pseudo-random number simulation method.Then,the micromechanic model of the contact surface between the stator and mover was established using Hertz microscopic contact model.The relationship among pre-stress on stator and mover,contact deformation and real contact area was obtained at last.The study was helpful for establishing the overall dynamic model of a linear ultrasonic motor and analyzing its features of friction and wear.
