摘要
以胶Ⅰ、胶Ⅱ、UF(脲醛树脂)胶粘剂、硅酸钙板和杨木单板为主要原料,制备杨木/硅酸钙板复合材料。采用正交试验法优选制备该复合材料的最优方案。结果表明:用胶I和胶II制备的复合材料具有胶接强度高、耐水性好等优点;胶Ⅰ型复合材料的最优方案为热压温度140℃、热压时间60 s/mm和热压压力2.0 MPa,胶Ⅱ型复合材料的最优方案为热压温度140℃、热压时间90 s/mm和热压压力1.0 MPa。
With adhesive I, adhesive II, UF (urea formaldehyde resin) adhesive, calcium silicate board and poplar veneer as main raw materials,a poplar/calcium silicate board composite was prepared. The optimal scheme of preparing composite was preferred by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the composites prepared by adhesive I or adhesive II had some strongpoints such as high bonding strength and good water resistance. The optimal schemes of composites prepared by adhesive I or adhesive II were obtained when hot-pressing temperatures were all 140 ℃ ,hot-pressing times were 60 s/mm or 90 s/mm,and hot-pressing pressures were 2.0 MPa or 1.0 MPa.
