摘要
以发动机连杆大小头孔中心线平行度为研究对象,分析了现有测量方法存在的不足。设计出一种使用电涡流传感器直接测量孔内壁,获得该截面实际形状位置,并拟合出圆心。通过测量不同截面获得该孔的实际中心线位置,并计算得到两条中心线的平行度误差值。该测量方法可以适用于各类通孔、盲孔中心线的确定、孔中心线平行度误差测量。
The shortcomings of the existing measurement methods are analyzed based on the parallel of connecting rod centerline,A way is found that can measure different section,and then the actual centerline position of the hole is got.After calculating,the parallelism error of two centerlines are also got.The measure method can be applied to the determination about the centreline of all kinds of through hole,blind hole and the parallelism error measurement of the centre line.
