摘要
正确地把握基于液压动力的电机动作控制,才能保障掘进机行走系统的可靠性,从而保障掘进机行走路线的准确性。介绍了悬臂式掘进机液压行走系统的基本结构,论述了悬臂式掘进机液压行走系统的基本原理,对液压行走系统的关键点进行分析建模,对掘进机液压行走系统进行仿真应用。事实证明,所建系统模型具有良好的动态适应性以及稳定性。
If the control of the motor action is grasped correctly based on the hydraulic power control,the reliability of roadheader walking system could insure to protect the accuracy of the roadheader routes.In this paper,the basic structure of the hydraulic walking system of the roadheader is introduced firstly,the basic principle of the hydrostatic walking system of the roadheader is discussed,the key point of the hydrostatic walking system is analyzed and the model is built and the machine hydraulic walking system is simulated finally.The facts have proved that the construction of the system model has a good dynamic adaptability and stability.The hydraulic walking system is the key to the roadheader,which affects the effectiveness of the application of industrial boring machine directly.
