摘要
锦屏文书,也称"清水江文书",是贵州省锦屏等清水江中下游侗、苗族地区封建林业商品经济高度发展的产物,它遵循和反映了该地区林业的客观规律,是维系该地区经济和社会秩序的习惯法。锦屏文书曾经对清水江流域地区林业经济的持续发展和生态的繁荣起到了极大的促进作用,对当今的现代林业经济的发展和生态文明的建设也有着重要的借鉴和参考价值。
Jinping Documents, also called Qingshuijiang Documents, are the products from the highly devel- oped feudal forestry commercial economy in the middle and lower reaches of the Qingshuijiang River in the Dong and Miao areas in Jinping County and the like in Guizhou Province. It follows and reflects the objective laws of the regional forestry, and the customary law to maintain the economic and social order in that area. The Jinping documents once played a great role in promoting sustainable development and ecological flourish in forestry econ- omy in Qingshuijiang Valley. That apart, it also has an important reference and the reference value of today＇s modern forestry economic development and ecological civilization construction.
