摘要
开窗侧钻井工艺中的导向器在吊装过程中发生断裂事故。分析材料的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能、热处理工艺及管柱受力。断裂原因是:吊装产生的动载荷使导向器受到较大的弯矩,弯曲应力瞬时超过了材料的许用应力;导向器凹槽表面高频淬火硬度较高,且存在缺陷。通过改变吊点位置,加强工艺措施并严格检验,可使该工具顺利吊装并入井。
The Whipstock of sidetrack tools is fractured during lifting. This paper analyzed the ma- terials' fracture morphology, chemical composition, microstructure, the mechanical properties and also the force analyze of the string. The reason of the fracture is that bigger bending moment hap- pened on the Whipstock by mutative load during the lifting, and the bending stress was greater than the mechanical strength instantaneously. The high frequency quenching on the Whipstock's surface makes the high hardness and materials' defect. Changing the way of lifting,and strength- en the process measures ,the tool was successfully tested.
