摘要
为解决水平井中井下仪器下入的难题,设计了水平井可差速电缆牵引器。介绍了机械机构和工作原理。根据差速传动特性设计了传动机构,将电机输出的扭矩分配到各驱动轮上,使牵引器两侧驱动轮可差速调节。在力学分析的基础上设计支撑臂长度,使牵引器在不同直径井眼内能产生足够正压力。该电缆牵引器避免了驱动轮与井壁产生滑动,从而提高了牵引器的负载能力和对井眼的适应性。
Differential cable tractor was designed to solve the problem of conveying downhole measuring tools into horizontal well. The mechanical structure and working principle of differenti- al cable tractor are introduced in this paper. In virtue of the differential drive principle, the torque of the motor was automatically assigned to each driving wheel, so that the driving wheels could rotate at different speeds. The reasonable support arm length was designed based on the mechani- cal analysis. The tractor could generate enough pressure in different diameter borehole and effi cient work. h avoids the friction between wheels and the sidewalls,and improves the cable tractor 's load ability and adaptability of wellhole.
