摘要
采用离散层状模型模拟了梯度泡沫铝的撞击过程。研究了不同密度组合、撞击速度与加速度时程曲线、高频分量、反弹动能等之间的关系。同时将相关结果与均质泡沫铝做了对比分析。并对其机理和作用机制做了探讨。梯度泡沫铝的性能具有良好的可设计性,可根据实际性能的需要设计梯度泡沫铝。
The impact behaviors of functionally graded foamed aluminium were studied by discretely layered model. The relations between different density integration, impact velocity,acceleration -time curve, high frequecy vibration component and rebound kinetic energy were discussed. Meanwhile, the data of functionally graded and uniform foamed aluminium were compared. Moreover the mechanism of functionally graded foamed aluminum was explored. Me- chanics behavior of functionally graded foamed aluminium could be designed based on requirement of reality.
