摘要
在以往研究基础上,以AMPS和AM为单体,三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚(Trimethyl Propane Di-allylEther,TMPDE)为交联剂,碳酸钾中和,采用水溶液辐照法,在高吸水性树脂工业生产线上进行了中试试验。在单体质量比m(AMPS)∶m(AM)为4.26∶13.44条件下,考察了单体质量分数、AMPS中和度、交联剂TMPDE用量、聚合段和交联段的辐照剂量对产品性能的影响,确定了合成农用保水剂性能最佳的生产工艺参数:单体质量分数为40%~42%,中和度为60%~70%,交联剂TMPDE用量为1.4‰~1.6‰(质量分数),聚合段剂量控制在600~700Gy,交联段剂量控制在1500~2000Gy。中试产品在蒸馏水和盐水(NaCl质量分数0.9%)中的吸水倍数分别为550~600和76~84,抗紫外时间达到150~180min。
Based on the results of previous studies,the pilot scale experimentation of irradiation-induced superabsorbent was carried out on the production line with the AMPS and AM as monomers,the Trimethyl Propane Di-allyl Ether(TMPDE) as the cross-linking agent and K2CO3 as the neutralize.The influences of monomer concentration,neutralization degree of AMPS,dose of cross-linking agent and irradiation dose on product performance were investigated under the condition that the mass ratio of AMPS and AM was 4.26∶13.44.Through the pilot scale experimentation,the optimum industrial production process parameters were determined: monomer concentration 40%~42%,neutralization degree 60%~70%,dose of cross-linking agent 1.4‰~1.6‰,irradiation dose in polymerization was controlled between 600 to 700Gy and that in cross-linking was 1500 to 2000Gy,water absorption and saline solution absorption of products 550~600 and 76~84,respectively.And the anti-ultraviolet time was reaching 150 to 180min.
