Analysis on post-grouting technique for bored piles and its application in super high-rise buildings

摘要 近年来,钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术在超高层建筑桩基中应用日益广泛。本文根据工程实践资料,介绍了后注浆加固机理,分析了后注浆钻孔灌注桩的承载力和变形特性,总结了后注浆施工工艺关键参数的确定方法,归纳了现场施工质量控制的关键环节,例举了苏州某超高层建筑钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术的成功案例,对推广钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术在超高层建筑桩基中的应用具有一定的价值。 In recent years,the post-grouting technique for bored piles is widely used in the pile foundations of super high-rise buildings.Based on the recent engineering practice,the strengthening mechanism of post-grouting bored piles is introduced,and the bearing capacity and the settlement properties of the post-grouting bored piles are analyzed.Some methods for determining key technical parameters and main operating points for the site quality controlling are also presented.The successful post-grouting technique practice in certain super high-rise building in Suzhou is introduced,which may provides the active effect for the further application of the technique in super high-rise building foundation.
