摘要
烘干环境的温度和湿度是影响烘干过程的主要参数和指标,对其调节与控制是保证烘干质量和效益的前提。通过对五味子烘干过程的研究,利用模糊控制设计烘干过程的温度和湿度控制模型。Matlab仿真及生产实践结果表明:采用该模型控制烘干过程的温湿度时,系统响应快,稳定性高,克服了烘干过程的大滞后、强耦合和非线性问题,解决五味子烘干系统对温度和湿度参数控制的问题。
The temperature and humidity of drying environment are the main parameter and index that influence the process of drying, and the regulation and control are the premise that guarantees the drying quality and benefit. Through the research of the process of schisandra chinensis drying, the temperature and the humidity control model of the drying process was desighed by using the fuzzy control. Matlab simulation and production practice result shoed that when using this model to control the temperature and the humidity of the drying process, the system responsed quickly, and with high stability, overcoming the problem of large lags, strong coupling and nonlinearity of the drying process, which meets the temperature and the humidity parameters control requirement of schisandra chinensis drying system.
