摘要
食品或饲料中三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸经乙腈水萃取、提纯后,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定,外标法定量。对色谱分离条件进行了优化,三聚氰胺在0.115 6~11.56mg/L范围内线性良好,复相关系数r2=0.999 7,平均加标回收率在95.59%~105.97%之间,相对标准偏差为0.14%~0.29%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.012mg/L。三聚氰酸0.102 0~10.20mg/L范围内线性良好,复相关系数为r2=0.999 5,平均加标回收率在77.44%~88.77%之间,相对标准偏差为0.32%~0.86%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.051mg/L。该法能满足食品或饲料中三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸检验工作的需要。
Melamine and cyanuric acid in powdered milk and feedstuff are extracted with acetonitrile and water. After the extract was cleaned up by centrifuging, melamine and cyanuric acid are analyzed by HPLC and quan- tified by external standard method. Chromatographic analytical conditions are critically optimized in this study. Melamine's linear range is between 0. 115 6 mg/L and 11.56 mg/L; and multiple related coefficient is 0. 9997; the average recoveries are from 95.59% to 105.97% ; the relative standard deviations are from 0. 14% to 0.29% ; and the lowest detected limit is 0. 012 mg/L. Cyanuric acid's linear range was from 0. 102 0 mg/L to 10.20 rag/L, and multiple related coefficient is 0. 9995. The average recoveries are from 87.44% to 98.77% ; the relative standard deviations are from 0.32% to 0.86%. The lowest detected limit is 0. 051mg/L. This analysis method can meet the requirement for determination for food and feedstuff.
