摘要
在芦丁的提取与分离实验中,芦丁、槲皮素及糖的纸色谱鉴别耗时长,不易操作,将HPLC、GC等先进仪器引入实验,对实验方案进行优化,有利于学生掌握先进的仪器操作方法,从而将该基础性实验提升为综合设计性实验。
It is time-consuming and difficult to identify rutin, quercetin and sugar with paper chromatography in the experiments of the extraction and separation of rutin and quercetin. To introduce some advanced experi- ments such as HPLC and GC can optimize the experimental program and help students to master the methods of advanced experiments, which improve the basic experiment to the comprehensive and designed experiment.
