摘要
以六水硝酸铈和甘氨酸为原料,聚乙二醇20000为分散剂,采用燃烧法一步合成了纳米二氧化铈粉体。通过对产物进行TG-DTA、XRD和TEM表征,讨论了原料配比,点火温度等因素对产物的影响。结果表明,反应的最佳温度为350℃,溶液的pH值为5,六水硝酸铈和甘氨酸(Gly)的摩尔比为1∶1.6,得到的产物的平均粒径为6.5 nm。
Nanometer cerium oxide powders were prepared by the one-step combustion synthesis method by using cerium nitrate [Ce(NO3)3·6H2O] and glycine [C2H5NO2] as raw materials and polyethylene glycol(20000)as dispersing agent.The properties of the powders were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD and TEM.The influences of the factors on product were discussed,including material proportioning,ignition temperature and so on.The results showed that the best temperature of the reaction is 350℃,the solution pH value 5,the mole ratio of cerium nitrate to glycine 11.6,the average particle size of the product is 6.5 nm.
