对1例溃疡性结肠炎患者的药学监护 被引量：2

摘要 目的通过临床药师对溃疡性结肠炎患者的药学监护,探讨临床药师在临床治疗中如何发挥作用。方法为1例溃疡性结肠炎患者提供药学监护,关注患者用药出现的不良反应,协助医师为患者制定有效的治疗方案。结果临床药师从药物选择、治疗及出院用药教育等方面作为切入点,为溃疡性结肠炎患者提供药学监护。真正做到治疗个体化,使患者治愈出院。结论临床药师通过药学监护,避免了不良反应的发生,优化了溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗方案,取得了良好的效果。
