摘要
文章以"关系就医"为切入点,在简述中国医患关系现状的基础上,从社会健康平等失范与政府补偿机制缺失、医患关系中的信息不对称与不均衡性和医患关系的单次随机博弈三个方面分析了当前医患互信失范的原因;并从人情消费的角度对"关系就医"进行审视与反思,提出通过加大政府财政投入力度,解决医疗资源供给短板、加强医患双向沟通,强化监督反馈机制和优化执业环境,搭建良好的舆论平台等渠道建立良性医患互动,促进医患和谐与信任的策略。
Based on the physician-patient relationship status in China society,the authors focused on the interpersonal-oriented medical treatment rule,analyzed the reasons of the anomie of doctor-patient mutual trust. way communication, and mechanism of supervision and feedback; optimizing the practice environment to build a favorable public opinion platform for medical treatment.
