摘要
以有限差分法为理论分析工具,模拟轿车助力转向泵壳体铸造生产过程。根据模拟结果,分析铸造缺陷形成机理并提出解决方法,降低生产实际中的产品废品率。由模拟分析可见,此铸件的裹气、缩孔、缩松问题比较严重,这是由于此铸件的结构复杂、壁厚不均匀造成的。因此在此铸件的铸造生产过程中应格外重视浇注系统的设计,模具的排气及铸件的顺序凝固问题。
Finite differential method was used to simulate the formation of power steering pump shell. Based on the simulated results, origination of the defects, such as entrapmentgas, shrinkage and so on, was analyzed, and countermeasures were presented to reduce mouldtrial and mouldrepair in practical production and to decrease the reject rate. The simulated results show that there exist serious entrap mentgas, shrinkage porosity (hole) in the castings, which is attributed to the complex structure of the castings with uneven wallthickness. So the design of gating system, exhaustion of the mould and se quential solidification of the castings in process of casting should he paid attention to.
