薄层色谱扫描法测定板连冲剂中靛玉红与靛蓝的含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的为确定我院配制的制剂板连冲剂中靛玉红与靛蓝的含量,以期对其药品质量实现可控,特采用薄层色谱扫描法进行测定。方法选取硅胶HPTLC板点样,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-氯仿(1:1:8)为展开剂,在该色谱条件下对样品进行展开。结果板连冲剂中靛玉红含量为(0.567±0.325)μg/g、靛蓝含量为(0.989±0.503)μg/g;回归值(RSD)为4.53%、2.56%。结论我院配制的板连冲剂所含有效成分浓度较高、质量较好,应继续做好研发工作,尽早服务部队。 Objective Thin-layer chromatography scanning method developed in our hospital and board Banlangen granule formulations with indigo glycoside content of granules was used to achieve quality control.Methods High-performance silica gel G pre-cast panels point samples were selected and petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-chloroform(1:1:8) was used as mobile phase,in which the samples under chromatographic conditions were tested.Results In board with granules of indigo content 0.567±0.325μg/g,the indirubin content was 0.989±0.503μg/g;recovery index was 4.53%;and RSD was 2.56%.Conclusion Banlangen board with granule particles produced by our hospital has high concentrations of active ingredients with good quality,and can be distributed among basic units.
