摘要
目的利用层次聚类分析法,对我国各省区狂犬病发病率进行综合评判分类,为降低狂犬病发病提供理论依据。方法收集全国各省区2008-2010年狂犬病发病率数据。采用Q型聚类分析对我国各省区狂犬病发病率进行综合评判分类。结果全国狂犬病高发省份为海南、广西、贵州、重庆、湖南、广东,其余省市区聚为一类,发病率较低。结论我国狂犬病的发病存在明显的高发区,应对该地区进一步加强防控。
The objective of this paper is to evaluate and classify the incidence rates of rabies in 31 provinces of China with hierarchical clustering analysis so as to provide the theoretical basis for continuing to reduce the rabies incidence.Hierarchical clustering analysis was established based on the rabies incidence of China from 2008 to 2010.Q clustering method of hierarchical clustering analysis was applied to analyze the incidence data of rabies.Between-groups linkage was adopted to measure the distance.Hainan,Guangxi,Guizhou,Chongqing,Hunan,and Guangdong have higher incidence rates of rabies,which suggested that prevention and control of rabies should improved in these areas.
