摘要
针对输油管道运输过程中分段加热、泄漏点检测和定位的数据信息采集方法的缺陷,根据ARM9内核处理器的特点,开发了以S3C2440为核心的嵌入式的工业监控软硬件系统平台。研究了运用GSM网络模块的输油管道无线监控与定位系统,详细介绍了其硬件和软件设计。系统能够解决原油在管道运输过程中的远程实时温度和加热设备的数据采集,采用无线的数据通信方式,可实现偏远地区甚至是无人区的管道泄漏点的检测与精确定位。
Aim at the defects of methods of data information collection at the oil pipeline transport process section heating, leak detection and location, according to the characteristics of the kernel ARM9 processor, developed the hardware and software system industrial monitoring embedded platform with S3C2440 as the core. A oil pipeline wireless monitoring and positioning system is proposed using GSM network modules, the hardware and software design were introduced indetailed. This system can solve re- mote real - time temperature and heating equipment data acquisition in the process of crude oil in the pipeline. Using wireless data communication mode, the system can realize oil pipeline leak detection and positioning in remote areas and even the uninhabited.
