基于传递函数识别的导弹电动舵机故障诊断 被引量:6

摘要 分析了现有导弹舵机故障诊断的现状和不足,建立了电动舵机系统各组成部分及整个舵机系统的传递函数模型,利用LAV算法确定系统的传递函数及各系数。通过比较传递函数的正常值与估计值,从而得出系统是参数超调性故障或损坏性故障。利用传递函数中各系数与元部件之间的对应关系确定出故障的范围。仿真实验验证了方法的可行性,表明该方法可以快速确定故障的部位,具有较高的效率。 The actuality and faults of actuator fault diagnosis was analyzed, the components transfer function of electric actuator and the whole transfer function of electronic actuator were set up. The LAV algorithm was used to estimate the transfer function and the parameter of the function. By comparing the normal value and estimated value, a conclusion reviewing exceeding faults or damage faults could be drawed. The relationship between the transfer function parameters and the parts of actuatoL where being of the fault. The algorithm provided an effective method for fault diagnosis.
