摘要
空气滤清器作为进气系统的部件之一,不仅可以过滤空气,更能降低进气噪声。利用Sysnoise软件分析某轿车空气滤清器的降噪性能,提出优化方案,再进行流场特性模拟并进一步优化结构设计,最终改进后的空气滤清器的降噪性能与流场特性均有很大改善,为后期的空滤器设计提供有益的参考。
As one component of the air intake system,air-cleaner can not only filter the air,but also reduce the noise.By using Sysnoise to analyze the noise performance of the air-cleaner,optimization scheme is being proposed.The characteristics of flow field are simulated to further optimize the structure design,noise reduction and flow field characteristics of the ultimately improved air-cleaner are greatly improved.It will provide a useful reference for the design of later air-cleaner.
